Complete before operating any equipment. Print and post in equipment barn.
TRACTOR PRE-OPERATION
Check hydraulic fluid level
Inspect tires for damage and proper inflation
Test brakes before moving
Verify ROPS is secure and undamaged
Check all lights and signals
Ensure seat belt functions properly
PTO & IMPLEMENTS
PTO shield is in place and undamaged
All implement guards are secured
Hitch pins are properly inserted
Hydraulic hoses show no leaks or damage
Safety chains are connected
OPERATOR SAFETY
Wearing appropriate footwear (no loose clothing)
Hearing protection available
Know location of nearest first aid kit
Phone charged and accessible
